I agree. Feeling nothing makes things a waste. Life was ment to be felt. One of my favorite quotes comes from a person for whom feeling was one of the only links to the world:
"the best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched...they must be felt with the heart." -Helen Keller
However, down time from feelings is what makes the,m so special isn't it? If we constantly felt the same pain over and over, we would get used to it wouldn't we? If we lived in eternal bliss, would we not grow tired of it's splendors? I think we would. Pain, pleasure, and a lack of both is what makes each one so great...and painful
(I'm sorry if that had a special meaning and I just ruined it or something, I really didn't meant to because I know how you feel.)
