Plea
We lie, cheat, manipulate, use, flatter, patronize, hoodwink etc.
Some do it for money, power and "Love"
Others indulge in these to hide their weaknesses, to please other people, to show "others" what they want to see.
There are those who think it is OK as these are "FACTS OF LIFE," or "WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE?" or "THIS IS HOW IT WORKS, WE CANNOT HELP IT, WHAT CAN WE DO?"
And then are still those who think that all this if done subtly, is an "Art", an ART TO HANDLE PEOPLE, something, sadly they seem to be proud of.
A life behind a mask is just surviving, not living.
It's not always easy to show or convey our true feelings or speak our minds. The least we can do is try.

Reading this brings me a feeling I have had before. It is a sad feeling, but one that is sad because I have hope. Hope that everyone can try; everyone would want me to try; everything would be better if we all tried. Sadly, I don't think that is the way the world is.
