Not For Sale
My apprehensions about selling my works for money made her say these words to me.
"Your works are like your babies. They were yours, maybe now is the time you give them away."
I do not agree.
My works are me. Selling them is selling myself.
Someday. Maybe.

If you feel that you have something noteworthy to say about the human condition, art itself or anything else for that matter. Then the best tactic is to spread your work the best you can.
If selling your work, or gallery presentation helps you do this in a manner acceptable to you, then go for it.
Ya I think so to. I have had a couple of gallery exhibits, but never sold them or even made an attempt to when I could have. I do not regret that, but I do regret my indecisive behavior now.
I am going to wait for the right approach afterall it does involve me. :-)
